They will not honor the CASHBACK offers
Booked our trip to WDW through the Walt Disney Travel Company to take advantage of the cashback offer that is being peddled on multiple cashback sites. This claim was tracked and pending for 13 months and they have now rejected it but are not able to give a reason! It is clearly a SCAM to get people to book through them.
I will never book through WDTC again
I will never book through WDTC again, the main reason we did this time was to book travel as a package however it is a much better service going directly to the park's website (DLP) and booking separately.
I have had to call a few times to ask questions or add/modify my booking and the call wait is always over an hour.
I am currently on hold writing this and it's been 1hr 22mins so far.
Disney holidays shouldn't be this stressful to organise.

Simply awful experience!
Totally agree with the sense of disappointment and more than lack lustre customer service.
I had issues processing payment even after trying 6 different cards, 3 different names, 2 different addresses and different types of cards (Visa, Mastercards, and a pre-paid Visa). Nothing worked! To top it off I was told the same thing repeatedly - it is my bank declining payment. This is an utter lie as I had called my bank on 3 separate occasions - but of course Disney is infallible! They never accepted that it is their system that was not working.
When asked if they could take a bank transfer or offer any other sort of payment, the answer was always the same - NO! I thought Disney wanted my money, obviously and incredulously the answer is no. To make matters worse half of my family had booked (even though they had trouble with their payment going through as well), so we were at a loss. I spent 4 days putting plans on hold and spending a bucket load of cash on my phone bill as I had to dial an international number.
Then once I had actually managed to pay using someone else’s card (which was embarrassing enough) I checked the Disney experience app as I wanted to get into actually planning my holiday (cos let’s get real, there’s no holiday at Disney without planning every minute of your day) only to find out my tickets had not linked. So I used the chat feature, and long story short my booking showed up as ROOM ONLY! I was flabbergasted and asked if they could sort it out. It turns out they have no facility to email WDTCI from their office! I mean - do they work in a cave with no internet? This meant I had to sort it out myself.
This supposed “magical experience” was turning into a nightmare. So another hour plus on hold I got to talk with an agent who told me that the people in the chat cannot see WDTCI bookings. Does that sound efficient or a good way of doing business? Needless to say I asked if they could do anything for to make this nightmare slightly more bearable. I think you’ve guessed the answer - NO! I mean I wasn’t asking for much maybe a complimentary drink, an experience or some magic bands as a gesture of good will - nothing!
It goes without saying I regretted booking a Disney holiday, will never book another Disney holiday and neither would I recommend them.
Quick emails allayed any fears.
I’m writing this BEFORE our holiday. For all those complaining about not being able to get through to a human to book character dining experiences through the Disneyland Paris app. Use WDT and your reference number. No spaces. That allows you to access that stuff. I found this out, not through loads of hours of phone calls but by a couple of emails. Yes, it should be an upfront thing they tell you when they send you marketing emails about the app but I’m a lot more happy with the customer service than I thought I was going to be reading these reviews, wondering if booking a no frills Disney trip using a third party was really the best idea. I’m a lot happier and at ease now I can see the bookings etc in the official channels.
Call centres generally don’t have staff that know enough about the subject you may want to know about. Always use social media and email.

Do not book with this travel company DO NOT book with them. They are am absolute joke I wish I did my research cause I actually thought i was booking with disney and that's what they make you think aswel after weeks of trying to phone and email and get threw to someone eventually get threw to them and you can't book any extras with them an absolute farce if the prices hadn't of sky rocketed I'd cancel and book with someone else. Can't book any character dining or anything if I could score you a zero I would pathetic company hours on the phone to tell me they can't do anything, customer service is shocking!! I havnt even gone yet and stressing now about not being able to do the things you go to disney for!

My trip to Disney was very…disappointing
My trip to Disney was very disappointing, they need to do a lot better in all areas. Transport to and from the parks and Disney Springs should be better. Better ways to find out time tables of buses not just from resort. I had cast members take me all over the place but sadly not to the place I wanted. Thus missing out on my reservation. Travel between resorts should be easier for those that want to try out another hotel's breakfast.
Early park hours should be easier and less of a hassle, if rides are open earlier than scheduled time let guests know when entering the park, guests entering should know which rides are opening and which ones are not, wasting time in a ride that isn't open till much later. Getting information to guests and updating them better and more timely updates.
Also, Disney should have 1 system where a cast member can find out any information that the guest requires. The correct and up-to-date information. I was asking questions simple as they were and got told the wrong thing many times.
I could write more but I would like to forget this experience.
I would strongly advise against booking…
I would strongly advise against booking with this company… I booked a holiday late 2020 with my sister but cancelled due to her getting pregnant. I’ve been refunded for the part of the holiday i paid for (by TUI) but I’d purchased a Disney ticket separately. I contacted TUI who said they are unable to do anything and told me to contact Musement, who claimed they couldn’t do anything and that I should contact Disney as they deal with refunds direct. After speaking with Disney on the phone (to a lady who said that if I email an email address that didn’t exist id be able to get the refund) I found a UK Disney email address online and explained my situation, & I’ve now been told by Disney I need to contact TUI!! I’ve been going round in circles for over a year and am £528 down… disgusting service from a big company…

Booked our family holiday to Orlando…
Booked our family holiday to Orlando through them. Really helpful in sorting out rooms for our family and explaining the new Genie fastpass system at Walt Disney World.
Disgusting service over 2 months ago I made complaint no response
Absolute disgusting service. Over 2 months ago I made a complaint and still no response. I evidenced with videos and photos the hotel room we were given which had black walls and ceilings with damp and mould to the point that the ceiling was dripping with water. The toilet was detached from the wall and the bath had holes in. I had my booking which shows I paid extra for breakfast yet was told because there was no picture on my room key I couldn’t have it. I have a 2 year old with asthma and these scum bags give us a room like that.
When complained the bloke on the desk played the doesn’t understand English card.
Just contacted them again to say where is my response and get a generic we will respond in 7 days. Paid over £1000 and it was the worse service ever received
I bought Disney Tickets from the London…
I bought Disney Tickets from the London based office, I made an error on booking in that my daughter had also booked the tickets.
So I rang the 0800 number, to find out about a refund on my error.
After waiting on the phone for 1 hour and 40 minutes, I was told I bought a non refundable ticket, After explaining that the company was based in London so therefore should be covered by the cooling off period of 14 days by law in Uk….l still non refundable.
I cannot believe that a company like Disney endorsors this terrible company.
Disney! You need to investigate this company they are treating customers appallingly.
Very bad customer service … please do not entertain this company buy through attraction Tickets site.

Booked via Disney for Les Nature…
Booked via Disney for Les Nature Villages, and two days park tickets!
Travelled on 4th February for our sons 10th birthday - checked in all look well, went smoothly although very slow and staff well…
This hotel looks lovely, don’t be tempted.
Staff on this hotel are so rude, unhelpful & actually shouldn’t even be in this industry.
We were kicked out of our room at 11pm last night due to my partners covid pass not scanning however we’d been checked in for 2 days already. Been swimming etc. then all of a sudden we arrived at the gate to be told the pass was invalid & that his vaccine must have expired… since found out this is because the day after our arrival the rules changed in France & the restrictions are apparently 3 vaccines (not booster) and last vaccine within 7 months - this is what we’re told by the staff..!!
Actually on the French government website it states last vaccine within 9 months & the member of staff at the hotel laughed and said oh this is always wrong!
Disgusting & I will never ever recommend to anyone!!!
Which ever member of staff was on shift on the main entrance barrier last night until approx 11:00pm seriously needs some training in customer service!!
Missed out on a day in Disneyland Paris and 2 nights in our hotel!!
Worst of all my partner could not even come and collect our belongings out of the room with me & had to sit at the main barrier and wait for me to be escorted to get it all in the lashing rain!! I also explained I had a 5 month old baby and a 10 year old who was sat crying in the front seat due to being scared of being stranded in a country with no where to go & the possibility of not being able to get home!!! Staff did not even bat an eye lid. NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY OR CHILD FRIENDLY!!
No support from Disney as a company!!!
I’d like someone to contact me IMMEDIATELY! however I doubt this will happen!!!

Terrible response time, hefty cancellation fees, despite all COVID challenges.
European residents: expect terrible response time, endless waits, without updates on where you are in the queue, just silence, for hours. Response time on emails just as bad. At least a week. Do not book with these folks unless you are very sure of your plans. Also not considerate of any change in international travel policies due to COVID. Charging hefty cancellation fees despite the fluid COVID situation. While Disney US allows free cancellation when canceled more than 30 days before travel, these folks always charge a minimum 65 EUR cancellation fee pp, for the same hotel booking! Use a VPN to access the Disney US site and book with them, or call Disney US directly. I will never book with these UK folks again. Just a terrible experience altogether.
